My employer, Melanzana Outdoor Clothing, recently launched a program where they give their flawed fabric and scrap material to local creatives and artisans to repurpose into new and different items. The program is called Remelly’d.
This idea was intriguing to me and fit directly into the preexisting philosophies of Gone Limited. I started to work on templating and creating templates for beanies.
The templates are a continued work in progress and as I continue to receive feedback could change and be tweaked around a little bit in the coming months. It’s been an incredibly enjoyable experience thus far and I look forward to what is to come
The initial webstore release of the beanies will be April 22, 2022. Love y’all and thank you for keeping the dream alive.
