Traditional Fold Beanie V4 : Full Sizing (Small - XXL)

This beanie has been a staple in the Gone Limited catalog since its first release in 2021. The design has been updated a few times, but starting in 2025, we've begun offering this product in a full range of sizes.

These beanies are designed to fit like the "Carhartt Knit Cuff A18 Beanie" and feature an adjustable fit with a 2-4 inch folded cuff. You can also double-fold the 2” cuff to reduce the height of the beanie for a custom fit.

The beanies are primarily made from Melanzana Mountain Gear’s Microgrid Fleece, which is crafted from 100% post-consumer recycled polyester. Sourced through Melanzana’s “Remelly’d” program, this material is provided to Colorado-based upcycling businesses like Gone Limited.

The Medium size is based on the average female head size in the USA, while the Large size is based on the average male head size in the USA. These two sizes (Medium and Large) will be readily available on the website until we better understand the demand for the other sizes.

Measuring Your Head for Size:

  1. Using a flexible tape measure or a piece of non-stretchy string, measure around your head starting at mid-forehead height and continue all the way around until you return to the starting point.

  2. Be sure not to pull the tape or string too tightly against your head.

  3. If using string, measure the length of the string with a ruler, yardstick, or regular measuring tape.

  4. Measure 2-3 times to ensure accuracy.

  5. Compare your measurement to the 5th column of the sizing chart to determine the best fit.
