Traditional Fold Beanie V4 : Full Sizing (Small - XXL)

This beanie has been a staple in the Gone Limited catalogue since its first release in 2021. The design has been modified a few times but starting in 2025 we’ve figured out offering full range of sizes.

These beanies are designed to fit like “Carhartt Knit Cuff A18 Beanie” & have an adjustable fit with a 2 - 4 inch folded cuff and the ability to double fold the 2” cuff to decrease the height of the beanie.

These beanies are primarily constructed of Melanzana Mountain Gears’ Microgrid Fleece made of 100% post-consumer recycled polyester and sourced to Gone Limited through Melanzana’s “Remelly’d” program, providing excess material to colorado based upcycling business’.

The Medium size is based on the average female head size in the USA & the Large size is based on the average male head size in the USA. Large & Medium are the sizes that will be readily available on the website until I can better understand the demand for the other sizes!

Measuring Your Head for Size:

Using a flexible tape measure or a piece of rigid (not stretchy) string :

  1. Measure around your head starting at mid forehead height & going fully around until you’re back where you started. Don’t pull the tape / string too tightly against your head.

  2. If using string, measure the length of string using a ruler / yard stick / normal measuring tape.

  3. Measure 2 or 3 times to ensure accuracy.

  4. Compare the sizing you measured to the 5th column of the sizing chart and figure out what size will work best for you.
